Castle Resorts Internation Castle Resorts a SCAM, Beware Orlando Florida
I too was one of the unfortunate people to sign up with Castle Time Resorts to sell two of my time shares. I paid them over $2400 and within less than 30 days everyone was gone including Larry Williams who sold me the contracts!
I was shortly contacted by Larry a few days latter who told me the company was going down and to dispute my credit card charge and I would get my money back. By this time I had already sold of one my timeshares through another add and was entitled to refund of half of my money per Castle Times refund guarantee. I was told to "wait till closing is complete." Needless to say we lost the dispute since we had nothing in writing that the company was folding.
Today I finally go ahold of Tim in the office who claims to be a "silent partner" and who is trying to keep the company from going bankrupt and is wanting to transfer the existing ads to a new company out of the "kindness of his heart", because "that is what is right". My claim to half a refund due to selling of my timeshare fell on deft ears as their is no money. All, I would be wary of even this new company as well. Pay them nothing!
