cathy steele makes all kinds of promises and she charges you thousands of dollars upfront. Then she takes your money and you get nothing back in return.
She's enlisted her son andrew steinmeir the photographer and Jessica engel to be the stylist. Her son's pictures are a joke and Jessica doesn't even show up and they still charge you.
These people are scam artists and in this economy these people need to be locked up for taking peoples' hard earned money.
cathy steele makes you sign this no refund policy, yet she does not deliver and you never get your money back or hear from her again. She charges your credit card even if you have not authorized it.
