System was slow and unresponsive. The system froze all the time and could not send out a mass email. Trying to conduct interviews on the phone was a nightmare because it took over 25 seconds to change screens. As a manager it did not log activity for the clients and the notes did not show up when reports were drawn. This created the illusion that employees were not working and greated extra work for the managers to check each client individually. I would NEVER recomend this company. Also the owner Asim Baim also owns a RECRUITING FIRM called COGNIZO!!! Talk about conflict of interest!!

In regards to the responsiveness of our system I would like readers to know that we have a host of powerful servers that provide an extremely fast and responsive user experience. We had received comments in the past from users that they would like to see the system run faster and we have delivered, however we have never had any support issues to the extreme described here.
Mass emails are only available with a paying subscription and not on the trial version. There are several ways to send mass emails and even more ways to customize the content, the recipient list and more. We are aware how important it is to be able to correspond with clients and candidates quickly. Our mass emailing feature allows users to contact thousands of individuals in one shot without the recipient being aware that they are on a mass list. After searching through our support requests I was unable to locate any user reporting that the mass emailing feature did not do what is supposed to.
The logging of activities and notes are fundamental to the tracking process and we take careful quality assurance measures to guarantee that everything reports accurately. The System Administrator on the account is the only one who will be able to generate reports to show what the other users have been doing. These reports are a standard feature of our system. There are multiple ways to generate reports and create custom reports within our system. They can be easily downloaded in multiple file formats, printed or transferred to a HRIS.
CATS offers full customer support and training as well. We host a live weekly webinar every Thursday and have a dedicated staff to answer questions and walk users through any particular process they are working on. We also have a dedicated support page on our website that offers multiple venues for self help or to contact our staff.http://www.catsone.com/intro/help-and-training/
Lastly, Asim Baig has previously worked as a recruiter. The original version of this system was released as a free open source software. CATS Software Inc. currently has no affiliation with any open source systems, any recruiting agencies nor do they participate in recruiting. COGNIZO is no longer an agency and has not been since 2008. The system was designed by recruiters, yes, as a way of creating a system that would fit their needs. All of this information is public and we have never tried to hide it or deny it. When the decision was made to pursue the SaaS product, all ventures in recruiting and open source software were stopped. There has never been a conflict here.
