I signed up for this DVD rental service under a free 10 day trial. However, I was charged for a month's service the very next day. No DVD's were even shipped. I immediately cancelled the account, and have made 3 attempts to contact them thus far. I have not received any response, and every time I call, the only option is to leave a message.
Beware of this company. They do not abide by the terms listed in their own FAQ.
