CC Medispa unprofessional, unreliable new albany Indiana
I can't review this place because I eventually got so frustrated I just said forget it and will take a loss on the price I paid for my groupon. So, I called to make an appt. and they could not get me in for over 2 months. That was back when I first bought it. Then they called to cancel that appointment about a week before it came up, because of staffing issues. When I wanted to reschedule, the girl said they would have to call me back when they could do that because she did not have the full schedule. No one ever called back. So a week later I called them, and made an appointment for April. Unfortunately, I then found out I would be out of town, so I called to cancel and reschedule. A week later while out of town, my phone rings and it is someone from CC chastising me for missing my appointment. When I explained I had called to cancel and had already rescheduled, they just said, "oh, okay," and hung up. Then as the next appointment date was coming up (again, 2 months away), they called to cancel it AGAIN. I was very annoyed and explained to them the history of all this. I had already seen all the horrible reviews about their services being weak. The girl on the phone said, "oh we should definitely see if we can do something to make it up to you, maybe we could do some extra services when you do come in." She said she would call me back that day to let me know what happened. Never got the call from her, but did get a call reminding me of my appointment on Friday WHICH CC HAD CANCELLED. So then I had to call back and say, "Is it cancelled or not?" and finally the girl who promised to "make it right" called me back and what they wanted to give me was A MEMBERSHIP! Hahahaha! Of all the things in the world, their solution was to bind me to a company with which I have had nothing but problems, and give THEM more money! Why would I consider it a "gift" to be able to buy things from you at a discounted rate when you have shown nothing but incompetence? I will be complaining to the BBB, as well. Do your research, This place is completely unprofessional, and from what I have heard from others, they do a really lousy job, anyway. There's a reason they've moved locations a billion times.
