CCA Credit Division - First National Ripoff credit divisions scammed me with deceives and lies about payment process and deadlines Las Vegas Nevada
I joined the company and never bought any of their items. I requested to cancel this vague program and they charged me $200 and said it was nonrefundable to my back account. They said to keep the program and in two months cancel the service and you wont be charged to your account.
I talked to cca and they said to send a letter of cancelation by febuary and i wouldnt have to worry about anything else.i sent that letter in january and they stiil charged my account in january when they specifically said they wouldnt charge til febuary, if they didnt recieve the letter but they charged me in january. They charged me three payments of 99 dollars to my bank account before the deadline and my bank account was closed so my bank charged me $70 dollars for those reaccuring charges.
in the next two months, they sent me a bill of $427 for late fees and non payments.I called the company and they said they never recieved my letter and i still have to pay the $427. At the begginng they said this program would be on my crediit report but i checked and it was not found on the report at all. i believe they are a bunch of lies.
