CCS ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
I received a credit in the mail and thought it would be ok to activate. I had given them all the information they needed. It required a 199.99 that deducted from my checking account. After I had said ok, I felt something was wrong. I then tried to call the number back and there was no answer.
I then searched online and found this website and saw that it was indeed a fraud. I felt like an idiot for falling for this scam. It looked so ligite. I immediately contacted the bank and now have to change all my banking information. Then I have to do all the necessary precautions to protect myself from identity theft.
I made sure that I got the name of the woman I was speaking to. I don't know if this is her real name but she gave me Jessica Mensesini. The number that was on the form was (800) 717-1278. On the Rip-Off website you have the information from that particular credit card scam. The only thing I am unsure of is if they can somehow still access my information and use it wrongfully.
