CCSC and AllstateInsurance Devante Angelo Brown I am the victim of the my car...... Nationwide
On or about 12/5/2016 I receieved a demand letter from the credit collection service commercial demanding payment of a suppoe claim from All State insuance company for $4319.13. first and foremost Alltate has never contacted me in regarding to this so call payment, first my car was stolen on and about Aug 3, 5 the person(s) committed theif the were involved in a car accident with anoth car. from Aug to Dec 2016 I have had to work with the police department varias in my count, my insurance company, gap and myy financial company which almost all has been resolve but ally is also after being paid $ 7995, my car was 2008 sentra nissan, total lost purschase price $6300 I paid over yrs without missing one car payment they want another $695, have chargeoff they saying it was a mistake, and in order for me to get it off of charge off i have to pay.
Briefly, am 60 year old hispanic woman on SSDI with several disabilities , a student working on my B in sociology sick as heck, all these companies are demanding money when I was the victim at the end of the day. I have had my heart riped out. I been thru hell in the past 5/6 months. mental exhausted breakdown. no car....did not get a red penny not even a down payment to buy a car which I so need desperatelty. I wish Santa knock on my door and stay there is even if it old a car so I could make it to my meidcal appointments food shoppin been very hard, do not have but my son here in Brdaenton no one care. Know they are threatening me to file a law suit and get my licennse this going to send me to an early death. can someone help me then to top it off my cell broke thank god i have my internet. I feel tried , sick, have crying spell lonely no one helping me ....what can you do for me. I contact the media via email no luck.
