CCSMC SPECTRUM/CBSD Preforms IDENITY THEFT in the name of BIG BUSINESS... for CITI BANK... HAGERSTOWN Maryland
Someone made a report earlier in the month about this company. That is how I found out about the valid complaint against CCSMC SPECTRUM/CBSD.
They created an account in my 82 year old mothers name without her knowledge. That's Identity Theft as far as I am concern, so I reported them to everyone I could think of... Especially the National Credit Bureaus and you the consumer...
What ever method they used, it is fraud, and I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I've included the addresses so you don't have to search for them if you need or want to file a complaint. Let your voices be heard... File a complaint ASAP!
