CDK USA Mortgage is a sub prime lender. They do not disclose information that traps people into their high, inflated interest rates. Their rates are often double of the national rates, and add to that hidden "pre payment" penalties.

dan, what mortgage company did they set u up with? i got scamed and conned by a broker at usa mortgage minneapolis minnesota, got promised i was going to get a good mortgage, i was told i had 3 offers to give me a mortgage, i asked to see offers, he said dont worry, we will take best offer! trust me he said. i asked for a payment of 500.00 or less no problem he said, before i closed the deal broker showed me papers the payment was 522.00 interest rate was slightly higher than i was told i was going to get also. 8.9 instead of 8.5 i was promised. months later my mortgage got sold to emc, i got fed to mortgage service fruadsters predatory lenders. this broker lied and cheated me real bad, i even went back to him and told him i was having problems with emc, he laughed told me i was just having bad luck, but he couldnt help me at all. let me know if you find out any info. also the broker told me that i couldnt get a mortgage for less than 60,000 so i agreed to 65,000 i lost more of my equity to a scam artist
