CDMS - CardServices International ripoff Repeatedly billing me and will not stop no matter what I do SIMI VALLEY California
We wanted to sign up with a merchant company to be able to authorize credit cards on our website. Cardservices international turned down our application and did not authorize us to work with them. After turning us down, we started getting money withdrawn from our bank for various random amounts. The bank said we only have 24 hours to dispute it as it was withdrawn directly from our account. We called up CardServices International, and faxed them the fees they were charging us by printing them out from our bank website with their company name and transaction number on it. They said they would call us back and never did.
After not hearing from them, I contacted them and literally left over 10 messages over the course of 1 week. I had not gotten 1 single call back. I have the proof through my phone logs. I also emailed them numerous times and never got a single answer. I had my business partner, an attorney, contact them, and they never called him back either. He also left repeated messages.
Today, November 1st, 2006, I was charged another $50 by these crooks who will never call me back but have no problems withdrawing money from our business account. They do not respond to faxes, to emails, or to phone calls.
Surely I must not be the only person with this problem. We are intrested in starting a class action lawsuit against them and all 3 of my business partners are attorneys that practice in Wilshire and Beverly Hills. We will be more than happy to include anyone else who has had similar treatment by these crooks. Thank you.
