After many weeks of crap I am happy to announce that on july 16th at 11:30am, I have finally recieved my computer. However, altough I am relived to see my equipment in good shape, I am not as happy as I should be. As I ripped off the actual shipment report I find out that the equipment that was given to me is not what I ordered. I ordered a Dell 3.4 Gigahertz processor, this computer is only a 2.00, an entire gig of power is missing from my equipment. So now I get to (once again) play pjone tag with these people to try and get them to take the cost of upgrading my equipment off the top of my overall price. Basiclly I'm payong a total of 1800 dollars for a 500 dollar computer and that just wont do my friends. I promise to keep you all updated as to whats going on and the best advice I can give you is to stay diligent and keep paying the money. As long as you show them that you have full intentions of paying for your equipment in full they will work with you! My advice is to speak with a supervisor whenever you have a chance and explain your situation to them (calmly). Trust me, it took me a few months of doing this but eventually they came through. As for the hardware problem... I'm sure they will work with me on that as well.

Well I didnt get the phone call I was waiting for so I called back that Morning, they told me that my computer would take at least another 2 weeks due to the loss of workers and the glass shortage at the Texas DELL plant (how is this my problem?). So I file with the BBB about getting either a refund... or my equipment, and then immediatly got the james back on phone to let him know that the BBB will be breathing down his neck. Well he informs me that if I file with the BBB he will Suspend the computer shipment until its completly paid off. So I have to recant my BBB complaint otherwise I'm not going to see my computer until December. I wait the 2 weeks and guess what... NO FREAKIN COMPUTER, but then a surprise came to me, my printer. So I thought to myself "this is it, I'm finally going to see my computer" WRONG!!! A week and a half later (today) I'm on the phone with a rep asking WTF the problem is. They inform me that because I've stopped making payments (becuase I havent received all my equipment) the've decided to stop shipments to me...AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHAAHAAAAAAAAAAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. That felt better, so now I've had to plan out make up payments and I'm looking at another 3 weeks before I receive anything.
