I put $300 into my account at Cedar Finance in July of 2015. I never did do any trades over the next three or so months. So I decided I wanted to take my money out of the account

I sent a request to the company for a refund of the money in my account through their link to request to take money out of your account. I did not receive an answer, so I tried it again with the same result.

I tried emailing the support office many times and calling them many times. I never could reach them. It certainly would be nice to have that $300 back again, but it seems they just shut down and who know what money they took with them.
