This is the truth and Second Wind has Barbara Boggs adoption application and adoption contract to prove the following:



-Barbara said on her application that Second Wind has the original of Barbara's own words that she had over 20 years experience riding a thoroughbred on trails. She never said anything about wanting a beginner trail horse. Celeita
recommended two other horses with more trail experience and Barbara did not want to consider either of them, she wanted Super. She was offered the chance to ride him before taking him home and she said she did not have time.

-Barbara said she would give him the best care, what happened in reality was he lost 200 lbs in a couple months in her care and he went back to Second Wind injured. She had left him for weeks at a time with her son to care for and he has very little horse experience and was on house arrest. He did not even know enough to put a halter on the horse.

-Second Wind has pictures/video and witnesses as to Supers body condition and

soundness before he was adopted and when he left Second Wind for the Boggs

farm. they also have witnesses and pictures/video to prove his condition when

he was returned, his body condition, weight lost and the lameness.



-Barbara said she would provide a Trough in his turn out for a water source,

she never did that, in fact she expected him to go down a steep hill to drink

out of a creek that was covered over by hanging trees and Super had never drank

out of a creek.



-Barbara signed the adoption agreement and promissory note that says that no

money is ever returned because it is put toward helping other horses. She

signed that of her own accord, no one ever forced her to apply, to pay or to

sign all the Second Wind extensive paperwork.



-Second Wind offered Barbara a more experienced trail horse for free and she

turned down the offer.



-Barbara left many very long messages on Second Wind's business phone, long

rants accusing them of lying, of cheating her, telling Second Wind to

"come get this horse now or she will left him lay there and die".

Second Wind has a copy of that message and they felt that Barbara was unstable

and not a good home for Super and removed him from the home. When the

volunteers arrived at her home they found him lame and skinny. Barbara, in

fact, said she had never ridden Super the whole time he was with her.



-Second Wind never said Super had done any trail riding, they said he had driven

on the road for years and had been great to ride at the second wind farm. He

had been ridden several times by several young riders and they had never had

issue with him. There were pictures and video of those rides on their website.

The Amish family that had had Super for many years brought him to second wind

because he had been such a great horse, a good horse for them. He had had a

very early injury years earlier but had been sound for years after the injury,

he just could not handle the daily work with his Amish family anymore. Most Amish

send their horses to auctions to sell after they are finished with them, they

do not drive them 5 hours and give them away so they can find a good home. That

is just how good a horse he was and still is.



-Second Wind brought him home and nursed him back to health, got him sound, did

even more riding and training and even posted even more pictures and videos of

him being ridden all over our farm. Never did they ever have any issue with

him. That took months to get him healthy again and sound, the feed and care

during that time cost much more than the $900. that Barbara spent to adopt him.

Super has been adopted into a quality home and the adopters have never had an

issue with him and they take wonderful care of him.



-Second Wind never slandered Mrs. Boggs, Celeita mentioned that she was

disappointed that Super was coming back and that they did not water Super on

her Facebook page but she never used the adopters name. Barbara in turn libeled

Second Wind and Celeita (just as she has above) on Facebook and several other

websites where she has lied about what actually happened and Second Wind can

prove this in a court of law with Barbaras own words, own writing, her

messages and emails.



-Mrs. Boggs even went further to find another person who had not been approved on an application

to adopt. This person was also a writer and they published a libelous article

in the examiner. The legal team at the examiner immediately removed the article

knowing that it was full of slander and libel. The writer with the examiner was

not approved to adopt because she had a pony for a year but the pony was very

skinny. When Second Wind asked her about the pony being skinny she lied and

said the pony gets fed "3 gallons of feed a day" well any pony that

gets that much grain would be fat and probably foundered from excessive grain.

She also sent in pictures of a childs bus stop and said it was her barn so

Second Wind did not approve her application, which completely ticked her off

and she started threatening Second Wind. Later she lied on facebook and said

she had just got the pony and it was a rescue but if that was the case, why did

she say she had the pony for a year on her application to adopt with Second

Wind. Those documents are still filed at Second Winds headquarters.



-If Mrs. Boggs and Mrs. Rose actually had any valid argument with Second Wind and Celeita, why

did they not sue? That is what sensible people do when there is a disagreement

in business instead of sitting on a website to whine but the fact is that

Celeitas never been sued, shes never been arrested, shes never been accused

of a crime by the authorities and been doing horse rescue for 16 years.



The fact is that Mrs. Boggs over estimated her experience, did not ride the horse, did not

listen to Celeitas recommendations on which horses would be best, did not care

for the horse, was not honest on her application and instead of accepting her

own mistakes, she blames her own mistakes on a program that lives to help

horses and a person who has given up big salaries and stable jobs to volunteer

to help horses for nothing in return.



I've known Celeita for 30 years and Crossed Sabers / Second Wind for 16 years

and have adopted and donated to them. I have been on her farm, volunteered for

years and know the quality care she gives to all the animals.



She works for the horses, not people. She testifies against criminals cheating

people by selling horses and lying about them, she goes in with many sheriffs

into neglect cases to remove starved horses and testifies against them in

courts of law, she has to remove horses that are being starved by people, she

makes criminal complaints against people hurting horses and small animals. She

also has to tell people no to their adoption applications when they are

dishonest on their application and all these things make people mad. She's been

operating for 16 years in this capacity so tell me if all these things were

true, why has she not been arrested, investigated, charged, or even sued by

people that she suppposedly cheated. She's never had any of those things

happen. She has even had to fire volunteers and employees who has hurt horses

and when she finds out they do not care about the animals but are only there

for 'whats in it for them'. She is against slaughtering horses and our pets

and pro-slaughter advocates lie about her too because they know she hurts their

business is selling horses and cheating people and sending horses to slaughter

just to make money. She has also been an expert witness on many horse cases for

personal injury making defendants mad that she has proved they were unsafe and

put people's life at risk by bad horse management. She has been the key witness

in several grand jury cases where people were frauded by a conartist having to

do with horse sales and Celeita again, helped put them in jail. These are

people that have cheated people and hurt horses and Celeita helped put them in

jail and they are mad about it. If they really had a case, why don't they sue

her? That is what people do when they have a real case. You see, they don't

because they are wrong and lying about a woman and a program that has put over

2000 horses into homes and over 500 small animals and tracked them for life in

their homes.



In reality Celeita is a 23 year veteran as an Army officer and helicopter test

pilot, and with a glowing military record. She is a military hero using a

helicopter to save lives, she has numerous military and civilian awards, she is

in the Womens Military museum in Washington, DC, she was in the Smithsonian

institutes display on Women in Aviation, she was the youngest woman to ever be

inducted into the WV Womens Hall of Fame, She has been named Woman of the Year,

one of the most outstanding American Women, one of the 5000 most outstanding

want Celeita to go away and close down, why? Because they know people like

Celeita stands for something, for the right, the truth, for caring for horses

and not lying and cheating others for money and when you stand for something,

you do end up having bad people that do not like you. The horse industry needs

someone like Celeita, she goes out of her way to educated adopters and all

horse owners about horses and about these bad people that are out to cheat

others in order to make money. See the truth, she is experienced, educated and

focused on helping horses. No horse trader watches their horses in their homes

for years, horse traders takes your money and disappears. She is always

following up to make sure they are okay, always accepting them back if people

cannot keep them, no matter the age or condition of the horse and many times

they come back to her in horrible condition and she takes them all in, gets

them healthy which costs hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars with her high

level of care. These people should be sued for liable and for all the damages

they have done to Celeita and her program because these bad people have hurt

their work and hurt how much they can help horses, in fact Second Wind is close

to closing down because of these on line lies. For years, we have all tried to

convince Celeita to sue them for the millions this program has lost because of

these lies, she does not want to. why? Because she is concerned about how much

time it will take away from helping horses and small animals that need help,

because of the number of horses that will be slaughtered and the number of dogs

that will die in a shelter during that time. Even after all these crazy lies,

she is still focused on helping the animals that need her. Don't listen to

liars and to career criminals, to conartists that make a career out of hurting
