Celergy Networks, Inc. is a Computer Networking, Installation, Service/Repair company located in San Diego, CA. Like many National service companies, they hire the services of technicians and small companies across America to perform nationwide rollouts, and field services across the states.

In January of 2011 we were hired to perform two troubleshooting services in a City over 40 miles away, after doing the services, signed by their customers and also approved by the company, we have been calling for payment, leaving messages and emailing the accounts payable department, and all we get is an email back stating that they will return our call. I have politely asked them return my calls and have not had any luck. I can not stress this enough to the small companies out there and technicians trying to make a living to stay away from this company unless you want to fall as a victim.

I just don't know how they can call themselves professional, responsible, and boast about working for the fortune 1000 companies. Four months later, and still trying to have some sort of communication with accounts payable, all efforts have been futile. My responsibility is to report organizations like this, that use the effort, manpower and finances of the small companies that are trying to survive in this difficult market.

A word of warning to technicians and small service companies, do a background check on companies that request you to service their customers before you invest your time, money and resources.

Take your invoice to the office that you did the work at, under Florida laws, whatever you installed you can take out if not paid
I would show them the invoice and have them call their main company hdqtrs and go from there
