Cell Phone Repair (aka) Truetechcellular A suppose to be a cellphone repair shop or should i say ripoff. Orlando Florida
I found this cell phone repair shop in the yellow pages i contacted them told what was wrong with my cell phone the owner Mr. Timothy Muhammad said for my to send the phone in to them so that they can see that the problem was so i UPS my phone to them on April 24,2008 on the next day Mr. Muhammad call me and told that he can fit the problem to my phone and it will cost me a $115.00 so at that time i didn't have the money to send them. On may 24, 2008 I called the shop to pay for my phone on that day my credit was debit a $120.00 after i paid for my phone Mr. Muhammad said that it would be mail out on that Friday to me. I give them a couple of more days for me to receive my phone still i haven't received it. Everytime i call the shop they give me a different story one story they give was the store was broken into over the weekend and all the phones was tooken, other story that they didn't receive the part for my phone. Ok now i cntracted the shop on 8/2/08 an Mr. Muhammad told me once again that the phone will be mail out on that Friday still no phone. Please can someone help me.

I spoke to Mr. Muhammad today 8/12/08 and said that my phone was shipped i ask them for the tracking number he said he didnt have one and he also ask me can i take down the rip off report i told them once i receive my phone i will.
