On May 21, 2010 I purchased three (3) Bluetooth headsets, Motorola (HS850) for $11.99 ea. I received confirmation via e-mail and expected receipt. However, on 5/26/2010 at approx. 7:30 p.m. I was sent an e-mail from the company stating: "Dear Joseph H,

This is a notification to you that this order has been cancelled.  We have previously emailed you regarding the problem on this order, however, we have not received a response from you". This statement is false, I was never contacted via e-mail or any other source. 5/27/10 I contacted the company and the customer service rep. could not give me any information. I asked what the problem was and he stated he did not know, I asked to speak to his Manager, He said there was no manager. I called back and spoke to the operator and asked to speak to the manager and was told to hold for Tina, She was the manager. I told her the story and she said theirs nothing she could do. I asked for my credit card payment refund, she said she couldn't, she had to go through Hong Kong. She couldn't even access my order information and tell me what the initial problem was.






Customer Service training, expertise and general knowledge is piss poor, non-existent.
