We dropped off two ipad mini's to have the cracked glass screens replaced. One was repaired without issue and the other is still with the Cellairis store (in Walmart) after a month of waiting. The store manager that did the repiar on the black ipad mini broke something that caused the screem to show black triagle shapes along the bottom of the screen. The company does a thourough checklist when you drop off your item and I watched the employee turn on the black mini several times and do her checklist. Nothing was ever noted that the screen had a prior problem, nor did we have prior problems except for wanted the cracked glass replaced. We brought the black ipad mini back the next morning when we realized there was dark spots on the mini. An employee said they would take care of it but we got a call abot 5 hours later that the manager refused to make further repiars unless we paid more money. I contacted thier corporate offie and left a message but never received any reponse from corporate to date. When I told the manager I was pursuing the issue at a corporate level he agreed to fix our ipad mini. After a week of not hearing from this repair store I called and asked that the manager, Mike, call me. He never called nor did anyone call us. We have had to physicaly go to this store and ask for an update several times, each time we get another excuse why its still not fixed. A month has gone by and my 8 year old son is beyond upset, I have lost sleep over this many many nights not knowing what to do, have anxiety and anguish all becasue I paid a retialer to replace a ipad screen. The corporate office has not called me back after several emails and calls to customer care. The one time I did speak to a person at corporate they promise to call back the same day with an update but that was 5 days ago, no call back. We are ready to take legal action against Cellairis for our anguish, loss of sleep, time and money.
