I made a trial order with this company on Aug 8th.  Their website says "ships  within 24 hours".  I my credit card was charged the trial fee.  They give you 15 days to evalutate.  I emailed them on the 24th of August to let them know that I had not received my order yet.  They emailed me back with a tracking number for Canada Post which did not work to track.  I received my trial order finally on August 27th. 

When I got my credit card statement I was charged the monthly order fee on August 26th.  I contacted the customer service line and they told me that I should of called them sooner and they could of extended the trial.  I indicated that I sent the email but it obviously doesn't count because the lady I spoke to would not extend the trial of which I was almost at the 15 days and did not notice any results anyways.  I would not recommend doing business with this company as they are not very truthful about the trial period.

Dear Cellean Customer,

Cellan is a 16-day trial which starts the day of order, which you agreed to on the checkout page. If you are satisfied with the product, we bill you for your initial order and subsequent bottles every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.

If you are unhappy with the product and cancel after the trial period you are charged for any bottles that have been shipped to you.
