Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I can confirm your information on this company based on my family member's experience and the experiences of others with who I have had contact via e-mail. Apparently, one of the employees, Jessica Torres, says that the company is a "five man operation" and that it has had some "bad employees" recently.

The company likes to give the run around if you are lucky enough to be able to make contact with it. It is very quick to blame the customer for the problems in the merchandise. As a matter of fact, any customer who leaves negative feedback about it on eBay will be personally attacked and called "idiot" or "liar." Then, the company will make a plea for all sellers to *block* the buyer! Nice company, huh?

I did a bit of research on the company while waiting for it to send a cellular phone to my family member. The phone had not been sent after one month despite immediate payment via PayPal on eBay!

Well, in less than two hours, I was able to get the "big picture" of this company! It seemed that immediate payment and no receipt of the item was a fairly common experience based on the over 200 negative feedbacks the company had received in the past 12 months. What's more, there were another 200 "mutually withdrawn" (translated: customer harassment to remove negative feedback) negatives, too.

It was easy to see that if the mutually-withdrawn feedback had remained, the stats would show less than 95% customer satisfaction rating. Some customers admitted that the harassing e-mails were numerous while other customers said the company was totally unresponsive to inquiries about unsent merchandise. I guess the company's priority was the MANIPULATED customer satisfaction stats rather than actual customer satisfaction!

Doesn't it make you wonder about the positive feedback given when so many customers aren't receiving the goods, receiving defective goods, receiving inferior goods, or not receiving refunds? Something is fishy here, isn't it?!?

I think wronged customers would be wise to continue the dialogue about this company's practices. They would also be wise to put the pressure on the company to do the right thing. Blaming the customer is unacceptable.

Apparently, this company also takes money for expedited shipping and then ships the items by the slower routes. There have been many postings about this in the negative feedback. It is clear that this company is shaving money off the top by its unethical practices. Just how profitable is this shady business? Many customers continue to wait for items purchased or refunds, and the company has yet to be responsive!

So, how much does eBay know about this company? After all, based on some manipulated stats, the company has achieved "Power Seller" status. Does this mean that the company is above reproach? Does it give the company free reign to continue to lambast its "valued customers?" Does it give the company the right to RIPOFF its customers who place their good faith in it?

Let's hope that more Cellpoint customers continue to speak up!
