Cellular - Blowout "the Wildcat Group", STRATHMORE INVESTMENT INC Placed an order on 28th November 07, and Have not received product or refund Agoura Hills California
On the 28th of November, 2007 I placed an order in the amount of $398.93 for a cellular phone. I needed this phone because I am stationed over seas, and my wife was pregnant, and I wanted to be able to call her when I needed, and her to be able to call me directly when she needed. a month later, I still had not received the phone, nor have they tried to contact me. I contacted them, and they said that the phone was on back order. I could not wait for it to come in, and then wait for it to ship to me because it takes an average of 2 weeks to get things from the states to here. So I went online, and cancelled my order. I also emailed them, and I also called them. They never answered their phones, so I had to leave messages. They always gave me a BS excuse of why i didnt have a refund yet. They even gave me contact information for another employee to contact there, well that person never answered their phone, and will not respond to my emails. I have copies of the emails. Here it is, just 9 days from it being 3 months later, my wife had her baby, I still dont have the phone, or my refund, and I am paying interest on my credit card on that transaction. I am soo upset with them, and the invester that invested into that company...
