Cellular Blowout - Bad a*s Wireless, Wildcat Cellular, Amco Wireless Cellular Blowout should be Cellular Blows! Agoura Hills California
I ordered a Samsung U 600 cell phone and paid extra $ for 2nd day air. After 4 days a nd no phone I attempted to contact them via email because they have no customer service! Left 4 emails with no response.
Final;ly my husband got the number from our bank statement and called but was told to punch in an extension, so he randomally punched in numbers until he got a voicemail box. Needless to say he left many very long messages. Within 2 days someone named Armando called and assured us that he would cancel the order and return our money. The order was placed the 8th of June, Armando called on the 17th, I still have no money and it's July 7th!!!
I've continued calling and was told that they are checking into what happened to my return, of all the bull---! They take your money, don't send your items, and then play phone tag and give you the run around on your return.
They don't expect people to find out about their number, I also found a number to a Clarissa who claims she doesn't work for them but is affiliated with them, her number is 805-320-1789. If we bombard with them phone calls maybe we can get something done. They are an internet scam company and they must be stopped.
Do not buy from any of the above mentioned aliases. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in their area and with the Internet Crime Complaint Center online--everyone should do the same!
