It's over - I hope one of Inphonic's ex-executives will read this. Delisted on the NASDAQ. The company brought in over 351 million dollars and left the scene with less than 900k. pathetic performance in the boardroom and on the street.

Hello everyone - If you recall my prediction that this company would fall victim to its own methods - look at where this stock is trading today - the symbol is INPC and it's trading at LESS THAN $0.50 A SHARE! People vote with their feet and their wallets - both applicable in this case. I shorted this BS purveying company when they ripped me off - it took some time but I've made $7,000 on this pig. The wheels of justice grind slow but very fine. Thanks for your attention.

After some time, the company's poor treatment of customers and shoddy business practices have caught up with them... The stock has plummeted from $14.12 (2/18/07) to $4.60 this month (6/29/07) Investors, like consumers vote with their wallets -

5/22/06 After a bit more prodding by us, the InPhonics Company's, Office of the President expedited our "Good Will" check and today, it was received! While we certainly appreciate the Company's willingness and effort to make things right, the amount of effort required to obtain said rebate was hardly worth it. We hope and trust the amount of grief endured by us and received by the aforementioned executive office of InPhonics, will assist in rectifying other occurrences of their obfuscation of rebate criteria. To those in need, contact the "Office of the President" of InPhonics to get results! Thanks InPhonics! ;-p

After a couple of seething emails to the office of the president of InPhonics, we seem to be extracting some satisfaction. Only time will tell, but according to the following letter, our rebate is being processed as a remuneration of "good will". Whatever, it appears that some forceful language in the proper direction and place has resulted in a positive effect. Will advise when again once we've received that check! Dear Mr. *******, After further review of your information and consultation with representatives within our corporate office, I am pleased to inform you that it has been decided that you will be issued a "good will" check in the amount of $290 in lieu of the denial that was previously rendered. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive for processing. I sincerely regret any inconveniences that you may have incurred because of this matter, but hope that this will now resolve your wireless concerns. If you should have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Valencia Hill Office of the President

There are no shares of InPhonics, NASDAQ Ticker (INPC) to short-sell... However, PUTS are available and this stock, due to InPhonics business practices is destined to continue to fall. If each and every one of us get just a few PUT contracts we can push this stock lower - there must be thousands upon thousands of ripped-off customers that are seeking some sort of retribution. I suggest you all look at a 2 year chart of this turd company. I have recently purchased 100 PUT Contracts and expect this stock go lower! Be sure to consult your investment adviser prior to any investment action.
