I ordered a case formy cellphone. Only after I placed my order were shipping charges added. To me this I out and out fraud. Google lists this as a "trusted seller". Shame on you Google

After spending approximately 1 1/2 hours trying to get through. After complaining and "discussing"this with their customer service representative, I was able to get them to credit my account for the bogus charge. They consistently stated the shipping charges were disclosed on their website. I do not believe that to be true. They did do the right thing in the end as my credit card did show the credit for the shipping charge.
