In October, my boyfriend decided to buy a Razor cell phone. After looking around, we found one at Cellular Repair in St. Joe. The owner, Drew Woosley, sold us a Razor for $75.00. He claimed he had just bought it from someone who came in to "upgrade" their phone. We knew it was used, and that was fine with us. Mr. Woosley said the only thing that was wrong was that he didn't have a charger to go with it. No big deal..we would go buy one.

This is where it gets interesting. He turns the phone on, it comes on, etc. We pay the $75.00 and take off with the phone. When we get home, we turn it on and tried to make a call. The keypad didn't work. Nothing happened when we pushed the buttons. We turned right around, went back to the store, and he replaced the keypad. Worked fine. We went to Wal-Mart and bought a charger for it. Go back home, try to charge the phone, and the charger wont go into the charger port on the phone. We went back to the store, to find that the charger port was broken inside the phone.

Mr. Woosley claims that he charged it just fine. First off, how did he charge it when he didn't have a charger for it?? Second, he claims we broke the port by putting the charger in upside down. Now I might be a bit country, but I know that those only go in one way. We politely asked him to refund our money since this phone is obviously damaged. He said he can not give a refund without a receipt! We told him he had not given us a receipt and that he sold it to us so he knows we paid for it! Now, had we bought it from someone else, I could see that, BUT, he himself sold it to us. I looked on his desk and saw a receipt laying there. It was a carbon copy receipt. I told him that if he gave us a receipt, he should have the carbon copy.

Then his story changed to "Well-I will have to try and find it." No, you won't find it because it doesn't exist. He then began to get rude and nasty and refused to let his sidekick associate say a word to us. He told him to be quiet and the man followed suit. I, in not so many words, told him that I would make sure and let everyone know that he is a ripoff and not shop there! So I am upholding my end of the bargain. Also, there is no phone number for this place, because it is the owner's cell phone that they use for a business phone. This man and his business are a joke.
