My wife took her phone into this place for a water damage repair.  The only thing not working on the phone (Iphone) was the LCD Screen backlight.  She took it in and within a few hours had her phone back and apparently working.  All seemed well until she asked me to set up the WIFI because it was now not working.  That's when I discovered that the WIFI was no longer working on the phone.  It had previously been working prior to taking it into the shop for repair and AFTER the water damage. 

My wife dropped her phone off and later called the store and spoke to the Owner Drew Woosley.  She described Woosley as rude and condescending.  She said he spoke to her like she was stupid.  He agreed to look at the phone again and call him the next day.

The next day I went with her to the store.  My first annoyance was when the store was closed and there was a sign on the door saying "Will return at 4:00PM"  4:00 PM came and went.  Finally at after 4:30 PM Woosley returned with a line of customers waiting.  I stood by while my wife spoke to him.  He seemed to have a very poor attitude explaining her phone to her even before she spoke to him.  That's when I decided to interrupt and explain to him that prior to her ever bringing the phone in I had checked it out and the only thing not working was the backlight (Mr. Woosley if you are reading this, some of your customers may have some electronics repair experience and aren't as stupid as you think they are).  Woosley was very sarcastic and rude and refused to cooperate or even try to offer any kind of remedy.  I believe that Woosley most likely damage the WIFI portion of the phone when he took it apart to replace the screen.  Unfortunately proving so is likely impossible. 

I would suggest to avoid this place like the plague and take your phone to someone that knows what they are doing and who has some sense of customer service.
