It is sad when you have to resort to reporting someone to get justice. I am going to give you all the dirt on Cellular Sales in Charleston, SC.
First, you will never get the money you are promised. I do not care what the leader board, Mike Baker or Ari Mendovitz says. They will promise you the world, but give you nothing. There way of explaining it is to tell you how stupid the other is and how they dont trust each other. Ari will say Kait hates him and Mike will not stand up to her. Mike will say that Ari doen't know anything about numbers.
Second, you will be taught how to rip off your customers. Lesson one will include the Shimmy, which Verizon fires their employees for. If you are a customer, a Shimmy is when the primary line is switched with the secondary line. The result is higher commission for the everyone. In return, you get a $35 activation fee, proration and data you did not ask for.(Ringback Tones and a data plan) This keeps Lisa and Kathy from nagging them.
Another trick of the trade is the way your return equipment is tracked. It is tossed in boxes that will be open at Christmas. You will be billed and the equipment will be sold with half the proceeds going to either Mike or Ari.
Finally, someone has checked into things. If you will contact the Knoxville, TN IRS office, they will document your call. When tax time comes around, you can claim to be an employee and Cellular Sales will have to pay your taxes. An employee is defined by being schedule as to when you have to work. If you will contact your local Department of Labor office, they will explain further. If you are in SC, the number is 803-737-5700. I have heard some guys in Charleston have retained a lawyer and are waiting to hear from a few more people. Ask around.

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU. Im a college student in greenville, NC, who made the biggest mistake of my life working for these criminals. Little do they know there who world is about to be crushed when the IRS indictes people. I especially hope they get Mike Baker, Ari mendle wtf ever his name is. As well as the new manager of cellular sales in Greenville and Kinston, Scott Norris, whom Im waiting for a special time to have a Roast of certain deeds that happend in a hotel room. :)......I would like to know how you went about calling the IRS. These evil people, right before christmas nonethe less, which is also my sons second birthday, ARE HOLDING MY CHECK, due to "chargebacks" which they claim are more than my check is. Well thanx to the new management hiring every scum bag he can find "some of which have been to prison, drug dealers, ex cons" to sell you your phone service, Ive only been able to make a minimal amount, so its now impossible to dig myself out of a hole and get my check. Thank you Mike Baker for being a greeedy b*****d and taking the food out of my sons mouth, and present from under his tree you peice of s**t. The same goes for a certain someone and his wife, whom Im sure wouldnt have married him if she knew what he did on the regular downtown in Greenville before they jumped the broom...SO yea I HOPE YOUR READING THIS...get pissed...get angry....I dont care..Ill destroy you if u so much as try to confront me physically. Send some henchman to do the job for you, itd be alot safer for your health. So now here I am, poor as hell just before christmas. And due to Mike Baker , Josh Riffe, and every other corrupt SOB that is mangement Out of a job and cant find one because IVE BEEN WORKING FOR f**kING FREE ALL OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER. Ill never see a dime of the money im owed either. The charge back process is a rip off and a lie. The customers are charged an ealry termination fee that goes to verizon. Im pretty f**king sure this is a way for the company to ciphen off money from employees checks. Oh yea advice to all you new employees..QUIT qhile your ahead. this company is headed for a downfall. Not enough people can pass credit checks in Greenville sad to say, and Ive noticed Nobody besides the people making the schedules are making the same amount of money consistantly.
