Cellular Sales Of Knoxville makes every employee incorporate Nashville, Tennessee
This company is a total rip off. They make each person hired file paperwork to incorporate themselves because without that the IRS would rule that the employees pass the criteria for W-2 status. This is simply a ploy to avoid paying taxes, putting the burden squarely on the shoulders of their employees. It's funny how a salesperson can be his own corporate entity and at the same time work shifts at a retail establishment, carrying all the responsibility for inventory and upkeep. Most of the managers are too stupid to realize that they will be the ones in the line of fire when the IRS comes calling. With the new compensation in place for the whistleblower program it's just a matter of time before somebody cooperates to get a fat windfall. But what the hell, they're getting rich doing it at the moment.
