I HAVE BEEN WITH CELLULAR SALES FOR YEARS NOW AND HAVE SEEN THEM TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES OR WHICH THEY CALL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND CUSTOMERS LIKE ANIMALS IN A CAGE. I HAVE SEEN FOR MYSELF THE ACTIONS THAT GO ON WITHIN THIS COMPANY. THEY FIRST OFALL THEY PLAY FAVORITES: FOR EXAMPLE THE NEW MANAGER LUKE FLETCHER IS THE KING OF PLAYING FAVORITES. THEY SAY THAT YOU ARE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR BUT THEY GIVE YOU A SCHEDULE, TRAINING, DRESS CODE, MANDATORY MEETINGS, AND REPRECUSSIONS IF YOU DONT DO CERTAIN THINGS TO BENEFIT THEM. WHEN I FIRST STARTED I WAS MAKING A LOT OF MONEY, BUT THEN AS I KEPT SELLING PHONES I NOTICE PEOPLE SAYING THAT THE PHONES WE SELL ARE HIGHER THAN VERIZON WIRELESS STORES.



I NEVER KNEW UNTIL CELLULAR SALES REP DECEIVE CUSTOMERS BY TELLING THEM THAT THEY DONT GET THEIR FULL NEW EVERY TWO CREDIT THEY WILL ONLY GET $50.00 OFF THEN A $50.00 REBATE, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. IF YOU HAVE $100.00 NEW EVERY TWO CREDIT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO GET $100 OFF THE PHONE PLUS TURN IN YOUR $50 REBATE TOTALING $150 OFF THE PHONE.



ADDING-A-LINE, IF A CUSTOMER HAS A VERIZON ACCOUNT AND THEY HAVE FAMILY SHARE LINES. IF A CUSTOMER ADDS A LINE, CELLULARS SALES REPS WILL ADD THE LINE AS A PRIMARY TO GET PAID MORE MONEY AND TAKE THE PRIMARY LINE AND MAKE IT A SHARE LINE, AND ALL THIS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE. THEN WHEN IT IS TIME TO UPGRADE THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T GET THE CREDIT TOWARDS A NEW PHONE THEY DESERVE BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER A PRIMARY LINE, BECAUSE ONLY PRIMARY LINES GET $50-$100 DISCOUNTS ON PHONES.



COAMS: COAMS ARE PEOPLE THAT HAVE A VERIZON PHONE THAT WANT TO ADD SERVICE TO IT. CELLULARS SALES REPS LOVES COAMS BECAUSE THEY GET PAID A LOT OFF OF COAM PHONES. THEY HAVE NOW STARTED DOING COAM UPGRADES MEANING, IF A CUSTOMER HAS TWO OR MORE LINES AND THEY WANT TO UPGRADE ONE PHONE, BUT ALL THE PHONES ARE ABLE TO BE UPGRADED. THEY OFTEN TELL THE CUSTOMER WELL IF YOU WANT A BETTER PRICE FOR THE PHONE, WE CAN GIVE IT TO YOU IF YOU UPGRADE ANOTHER LINE OR LINES. SO THEY UPGRADE A CUSTOMER INTO PHONE THEY ALREADY HAVE, WHICH EXTENDS THEIR CUSTOMERS CONTRACT BUT MEANWHILE CELLULAR SALES IS GETTING PAID BIG TIME. 



THEIR EMPLOYEES: CELLULAR SALES DOESN'T OFFER THEIR EMPLOYEES, WELL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS 401K, BENEFITS, OR PAID VACATIONS (AT LEAST I NEVER GOT AN OFFER FOR ONE), BUT THEY GIVE YOU A SCHEDULE AND THEY DARE YOU TO THINK ABOUT NOT SHOWING UP, BUT WE ARE SO CALLED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. YOU HAVE TO TURN IN PAPERWORK WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT IF A CUSTOMER DOES A RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEY CHARGE THAT PHONE ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND IF THAT REP TURNS THAT PHONE IN TO THEM THEY MOST LIKELY SEND IT BACK TO YOU TO HAVE IT SOLD AND IF YOU CANT SELL IT BY A CERTAIN TIME THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT WHICH MEANS THEY PUT IT ON YOUR PAPERWORK SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY YOU YOUR CHECK UNTIL YOU PAY THEM FOR THE PHONES YOU SOLD TO YOUR CUSTOMER. IT IS HORRIBLE LIVING FROM MONTH TO MONTH NOT KNOWING IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET PAID FROM CELLULAR SALES BECAUSE THEY THROW THINGS ON YOUR ACCT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS OR YOUR CHECK IS NOT WHAT IT SUPPOSE TO BE. IF ALL MY PAPERWORK THAT I SOLD TO MY CUSTOMERS IS TURNED IN ON TIME TO CELLULAR SALES THEN I SHOULD GET MY CHECK ON TIME, JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT SELL A PHONE INA CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY FEEL THEY CAN HOLD YOUR CHECK AND MAKE IT PART OF YOUR PAPERWORK TO DO IT. SINCE I HAVE WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY I HAVE HAD LIGHTS TURNED OFF, WATER TURNED OFF, LANDLORD CALLING ME FOR LATE RENT, CAR PAYMENTS LATE BECAUSE CELLULAR SALES FEELS THEY CAN HOLD YOUR CHECK FOR ANY REASON THEY COME UP WITH. THEY CHANGE RULES EVERY MONTH LIKE WE CHANGE DRAWS EVERYDAY.



EXAMPLE: LETS SAY THREE CUSTOMERS COME IN THE MONTH OF MAY AND DECIDED TO EXCHANGE PHONES FOR ANOTHER, YOU DO IT TO THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND THEY WALK OUT HAPPY. WELL BEHIND THE SCENES IT IS A NIGHTMARE FOR THE REP BECAUSE 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THE REP IS STUCK WITH THE PHONE BECAUSE CELLULAR SALES WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK, AND IF THE REP DOESN'T RESELL THE PHONE BY A CERTAIN TIME THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT WHICH CAUSE YOUR CHECK TO BE HELD, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE THEIR PHONES BUT THEY WANT YOU TO BUY IT FROM THEM FOR NOT SELLING IT SO THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ALL THE PHONES. LETS SAY IT ENDS UP BEING $1200 FOR THE PHONES, INSTEAD OF TAKING PHONES OUT OF YOUR CHECK, OR TAKING THE PHONES BACK. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THEM BEFORE GETTING YOUR CHECK. KEEP IN MIND YOU ONLY GET A CHECK ONCE MONTH AND THATS YOUR ONLY INCOME. MY QUESTION IS, HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO COME WITH THIS MONEY IF THEY HAVE THE MONEY YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE PAID. WHICH PUT REPS OR THEIR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IN HORRIBLE SITUATIONS. SOME CRYING AT NIGHT AND WORRYING BECAUSE CELLULAR SALES HAS THEIR INCOME AND THEY WONT GIVE IT TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WANT THE REP TO PAY THEM FIRST FOR PHONES THAT ARE IN GREAT CONDITION AND THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE BACK...THEN THEY MADE UP A RULE THAT THE PHONE CANT HAVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES OF TALK TIME ON IT WHICH IS DUMB BECAUSE ACTIVATING THE PHONE CALLING THE ACTIVATION LINE MAKE TAKE 10 OF THE 30 MINUTES SO IT GIVES THEM A REASON TO NOT TAKE THE PHONE BACK AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!



CELLULAR SALES REPS TRAVEL FROM STORE TO STORE MAKING MONEY FOR DON WHITE AND SCOTT LOVE AND THEY ARE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS. YOU DO WHAT I SAY OR YOU WON'T GET PAID. THEY SAY THEY WANT US TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE REPS FEARING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT THEIR CHECK HELD. DON AND SCOTT KNOW THAT MONEY IS THESE PEOPLES LIFE LINES AND THEY KNOW THEY HAVE THE POWER. SO ITS LIKE AN ANIMAL IN A CAGE THEY ARE LOCKED IN AND THE SLAVE MASTER LETS THEM KNOW WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE FEEDING THEM OR IN THIS CASE PAYING THEIR REPS OOPS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS........

Since you ignored the plain warning not to do it I can only assume you have a problem following directions. Let's go one at a time...
1. Regardless of what they tell you, you are not independent contractors. See www.irs.gov for more info on this.
2. In the case of the returns, did you allow a return contrary to policy? I bet you did due to that not listening thing you have. 99% of phone stores require the phone to be in like-new condition with box and all accessories intact. Further there can only be a set number of minutes on the phone.
PS-the word is "repercussions"
