Cellular Sales Of North Texas RIP-OFF TAX EVASION STEAL FROM INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND FINEING THEM SCHEDULING MANIPULATING COMPANY! Dallas Texas
CELLULAR SALES OF KNOXVILLE / CELLULAR SALES OF NORTH TEXAS - VERIZON WIRELESS AUTHORIZED RETAILER OWNED BY DANE SCHISM is a FRAUDULANT COMPANY and a TAX SCAM!
Cellular Sales classifies all of its agents as "Independent Contractors".
These "Independent Contractors" are payed on a commision structure that is dishonest and often manipulated in order to steal from such agents. Cellular Sales avoids paying any sort of employee or unemployment insurance and has ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER! Cellular Sales is not responsible for the services they sell, the equipment they sell, and even the employees are guised as 'independent contractors'.
If you are even thinking of hiring on with Cellular Sales DO NOT DO IT!!!
The Unemployment Office doesn't even recognize Cellular Sales as a Legal Employer and they are currently under investigation by the Unemployment Office, the IRS, and the Texas Workforce Commission
By law, Indpendent contractors are not allowed to be sheduled, even though we are scheduled over a month in advance!We are even payed monthly which is illegal! Independent Contractors should not be responsible for their employers retail inventory, (since we arent employees right?) and yet we are fined FULL RETAIL COST for 'missing items'. Even if its a $700 PDA's that goes missing. And even if managment was responsible; of course you would have no way of proving it though. Agents are repeatedly and ILEGALLY fined. They are fined $50 for not checking inventory, $5 A DAY on 'late' paperwork (that you know you turned in), and fined $50 a day for arriving late to work. Late? Late for what? You aren't suppose to be scheduled, you're not an empoyee! And you don't even make a base salary to begin with! Even if equipment you sell is returned, it then belongs to you, is taken out of your check, and your left to sell it on the grey market to customers who come into the store!
If an agent takes a bad check from a cutomer, even that comes out of your check!!
I would have never believed how this company was ran when I started. I can only wonder how this company composed of liars, thieves, and criminals is still in business!
