Automated ordering protocol offers discount code but provided no entry blank when checking out. Free shipping turned into $5.98 shipping automatically. Contact phone number provided on web site is non-working number. Personnel lied to me about my checkout experience. Began dispute record with charge card company as soon as I discovered they were cheating me. Took 'customer service' staff several days to respond to my complaint. Never felt so ripped off and cheated before and I've been shopping on the internet for fifteen years.
