Dear Peoples Auto Center, Please don't send me any more offers or e-mails after the way your service dept treated me yesterday & today, I never want to hear from you ever again. You know, some people bring out the best in you & some people bring out the worst in you. Your service mgr Donna cannot bring that condescending New York smart a*s attitude here & expect to get away with it. It will not fly here. We are not in New York anymore. I have owned cadillacs from cashmans cadillac, dodges from chapmans dodge, fords from friendly ford & gmc vehicles & always always took my vehicles to the dealer for servicing & they always contacted me about an hour or two after receiving my vehicles to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle & for authorization to work on the vehicle. Todays the 2nd full day & I left many messages to please call me & was stonewalled & still no call backs! When I came into the service center to see what was going on everybody was in the break room laughing & playing grabass! Did not look very busy to me! If thats the way you do business then you will be out of business very soon. Donna, just a little suggestion: treat people the way you would like to be treated & with respect & you might be surprised.
Sincerely H Smith
