I have had an ongoing battle with Centennial Windows for nearly 18 years. The windows are substandard and the installation was sloppy and unprofessional. Service is terrible as well - I'm still waiting as I write this (May 12, 2015) for a repair that was supposed to be done over a year ago.
Bottom line: DO NOT BUY Centennial Windows!

Shortly after I filed this report, I was contacted by Mr. George Warren, customer service manager for Centennial Windows. He came to Windsor with his service manager to personally inspect the installation and indicated he was prepared to do whatever was required to resolve all the issues. He agreed that I definitely had some legitimate concerns. Since that visit, the service team and service manager(s) have been back on two separate occasions. Two storm doors have been replaced (not just the defective handles, but the entire door). My two large double casement windows have been re-framed (inside) with the correct window casing (baseboard was used the first time), and extra foam insulation was added where required. Two improperly finished corners on the siding have been repaired. Adjustments were made on a couple of windows to make them slide easier. Mr. Warren called me today to make sure the storm door(s) were working properly and that there were no other concerns. Admittedly, it did take some time to get all these issues resolved. However, through Mr. Warren's actions, Centennial Windows has stepped up to the plate and made every effort to correct any and all problems. I am confident at this point that they (Centennial Windows) will take care of any future problems, should they arise. I hereby wish to pubicly thank Mr. Warren for getting all this done in a timely manner, and also for his follow-up call today to make sure there were no further problems with the storm door(s). I am glad that everything has finally been resolved!
