Ok, what you posted is telling me is that you were on that individual call for a total of 123 minutes. The first 22 minutes were included in your plan minutes and the next 101 were not included thus causing you overage. Your overage was billed at $.19 per minute which is why that call cost you $19.19. Why is that so difficult to understand? As for a company charging for going over your combined plan minutes? ALL WIRELESS COMPANIES charge you for going over your minutes! You should be gratefull that your company only charges $.19. Had you been with Verizon you would have paid $.45 per minute and that same call where you went over your plan minutes by 101 minutes would have cost you $45.45! It would behove you to resign that agreement! There is not another company out that I am aware of that is going to charge you so little for your overage AND offer you $150 to resign plus 2 new phones! Guess some just have to learn the hard way
