CENTRAL COAST NATRACEUTICALS, INC. Ordered a trial product/they enclosed 2 unordered products and charged me for them plus 15% restocking fee. Largo Florida
Company name: Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.
I ordered 1 Acai Pure Trial only to pay shipping.
When order arrived they had put in an additional 1 hoodiburts Gum $9.95,
1 Hoodiawater 1 unit $29.95 bring my total to $44.85.
After several attempts to contact them via phone, 1-888-692-8352, I finally reached them on 12-19-08 at 6:10 a.m. after holding for 30 min. I was told that if I didn't want these products I should have un-checked the boxes that were checked. I told them I had and was told NO I had not. I said, what a ripe off.
The person on the other end got very angry, scolded me like a 2 year old. I asked for my RMA confirmation and he refused to give it to me until I learned how to act properly. I requested this confirmation several times and he still refused.
He finally said, I am giving you to another person and maybe during the wait I could learn how to act properly.
Another person named, James, came on the line. I requested my RMA confirmation and he gave it to me and I hung up.
I was not only sent product I did not order, but now I am going to have to pay a 15% restocking fee to put these two products back on the shelves.
