I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Burn on 11/19, was charged for it on 12/1 and received it in the mail on 12/10. I decided I did not want to continue receiving the product and tried calling but was told the wait would be in excess of 40 minutes. On 12/19 I sent an email to the support email indicating I wanted to cancel a membership I did not realize I had "signed" up for. On 12/23 I received an email confirmation from a Matt Smith indicating that said email was my cancellation confirmation. Today, 12/27, I discovered that my debit account had been charged (pending) an amount of $39.95.
