BUYERS BEWARE: This is the most FRAUDULENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, car financing company on the planet! Stay away from them and any dealerships who use their service. They always have an "inside" man. I never do this, but today, I've finally had enough! I have been trying to get my payment due date changed for 3 years. The initial date of payment was forged by Mike Barnes at Desoto Auto Sales in Olive Branch, MS, who is also God father of the children of the President of the Finance company Larry Halvorson. He was aware. It has seemed on my credit report that for over 3 years that I have paid late which is not the case. I even tried to return it within the first 7 days of purchase (Oct. 2009) but was begged to keep it.

They have disrespectful recovery agents, Allen with Delco Recovery who has also used forceful threats. When I try to call and get info about my account, all I encounter is disrespectful, derogatory, and condescending remarks and behaviors. They are by far the most unprofessional car financing firm ever. There business practices are unethical and so are their collection agents. Attitude reflects leadership. There needs to be a formal investigation launched into this companies practices, and I am going to see to this. Larry Halvorson is making side deals with dealership buddies to set clients up to fail so he can repossess cars and sale them undervalue still leaving a balance for previous owner to pay his organization. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH CENTRAL CREDIT OF MISS. OR OHIO!

Actually this is not the case of excessive late payments. It has to do with contract issues about date of payments. The original dealership and the owner of finance company are family friends and it was a set up from the beginning with inaccurate dates on the agreement. I'd appreciate only a reply if you have advice rather than in tactful assumptions to make. No poor baby this way, just a fed up consumer who's tired if the disrespectful interaction with this company. Do your job by all means but there is a protocol on how to ethically handle everything. Lastly please leave our President out of further conversations, it's unnecessary .

I guess the poor deadbeat must always be late making payments otherwise the poor baby wouldn't be dealing with collectors. Isn't it just a shame those big bad mean collectors keep calling? They must be stopped. A

All the poor baby wants is for them to pat him on the head and let him get away with being a deadbeat. Why not send a letter to Obama. I'm sure he'll feel so sorry for you.
