Central Florida PowerSports always stands behind the products and services we sell. In this case the customer had a brand new Sea-Doo that was suffering some warranty issues. We were working closely with Sea-Doo to resolve the problem with the machine. Unfortunately, this was a new model PWC and Sea-Doo had never seen this problem before. I understand the customer's frustration and met with him to discuss our plan for resolving the problem. During this discussion the customer became very irrational and irrate. He started yelling profanities and was extremely confrontational. It was at this point that I asked the customer to take his PWC to another dealer.
