I bought a used seat from this company because a light came on in my car and I was told a different seat would fix it. The seat came several weeks later smelling of mold and it did not fix the problem so I returned it.

After having to pay 200 dollars to a licensed mechanic to prove that it didn't work, I was allowed to send it back, which I did, on April 1st.  It is now June 19, and I have not seen my refund check yet.

 

I've been in contact with the same woman with whom I purchased the seat from this whole time.  Since then, it's been "It'll take 5-30 days to put back on your card" to "It's been too long to put back on your card, so we'll cut you a check", to "I was on vacation, that's why it's been taking so long" to "I was mauled by my dog and THAT'S why it's been taking so long" to "I just spoke with the bookkeeper, and she says that she cut you a check on June 2".  

 

For a while there, they weren't even picking up my calls and I had to call from a number other than my own.  I don't know about you, but I don't have time to play games or waste the cost of the seat with shipping (457.00).

 

Please don't use this company.  It's a scam.
