i have had the car for 2 years.when i bought it and signed the contract stated that summet credit union was the financer.Waited over 2 months for a statement or payment book with account number and address to send payment.Therefor the first payment was late.i never knew centix financial existed until some jerk who used the name brian.he calls my wife at work and immediatly went into a rage about how they do not tolerate late payment.she listened to his verbal abuse for several minutes. she finally had to scream for him to shutup and start over in identifing himself explain who he was and what he was calling about.She tried to explain we had no account number or mailing adress on where to send payment.he finally said he get more info on what went wrong and call back.he hung up and still did not give info on where to make payment.2 or three days go by.then another person calls, my wife told her about the call from brian and she said no one by that name worked there and no notations were on the account about that contact.finally at that point she gave account number and mailing address and payments were started.i admit i was late on several payments. worked deferments paid late charges out the wazooo.i have never dealt with any one more rude and unprofesional in my life.knowone knows anyone else they work with.they change due dates and late as they go.they deny speaking with us.every time a call comes its a different person and they say the other person don;t exist. and no contacts or arrangements made. i have been trying to forfet the car for 6 weeks now and i refuse to pay them any more. i will wait for my day in court.and still have not heard from a repo agent.i have no idea on what to do next. the car is just sitting in my driveway.every contact gets more and more abusive on there end.last contact i was told that forfeture was not an option. i wish someone could tell me how to end this and get the car out of my hands.

Over half the time you try to call them back on the toll free line the number comes up with a message about being out of service.

My husband is a farmer employee of Centrix (several years ago) and heard thru the grapevine that Centrix filed for bankruptcy and are out of business. My suggestion to you is to find who and why they are calling. You might be dealing with some collection agency or some other company taking over their payments. Good luck.
