OH MY GOODNESS I HAVE NEVER KNOWN SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. OK YOU CHANGE MY DUE DATE WITH ANY NOTIFICATION AND NOW YOU WANT TO ***** AND COMPLAIN THAT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PAYMENT.

MAKE IT EVEN WORSE, YOU HAVE THIS LADY CONTACT ME AT 0830 IN THE MORNING ON A SUNDAY GIVING ME OPTIONS TO PAWN, PAYDATE LOAN, OR BORROW MONEY FROM SOMEONE IN ORDER TO GET MY PAYMENT IN.

LET ME TELL YOU COWARDS SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BLEED BLOOD FROM A TURNIP YOU WILL GET IT WHEN I RECEIVE IT. I DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR CSR CALLING ME GIVING ME OPTIONS. I KNOW WHAT OPTION I WILL TAKE IS TO SPREAD YOUR NAME IN A BAD WAY. YOUR CSR NEEDS SOME ADD'L TRAINING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE.

They may not be supposed to under the FDCPA but will call you back several times in one day, even in an hour. Everyone individual I spoke with, was rude and obnoxious. This company hides their phone number when they call. They are just a step above loan sharks. I knew there was going to be problems with this company when the first two payments I sent them, they cashed and claimed they didn't recieve them. This happened a couple of times after the first two payments as well. To let everyone know, this company was forced into bankruptcy in 2006 and has since changed there name to Flatiron Financial Services.

I am by no means a bible thumper. So throwing stones is not a problem. I agree, people do get in a rut and do try to take necessary steps to get back on the right path. Most people don't. I am not perfect by any means but I do take responsibility for my actions and my mistakes. I pay my bills. Now back on subject. Some people are not rude. Hang up and call back until you get one that isn't. Secondly, if the person you're talking to is a total jerk, hang up on them. They cannot call you back. If they do threaten them by telling them they are breaking FDCPA law. Look it up, as a consumer you will need it. Make an effort to pay your bills. Set up Post Dated checks that will keep them from calling. STAY UNDER 30 Days Past DUE at all costs. This will help your credit and sanity. Once again, if you are in collections NO ONE HAS TO BE NICE TO YOU! That is the difference between customer service and collections! Do Not Be A Professional Debtor! Make arrangements and keep them!! Do not lie, it makes you look worse to the next person who is going to call you. Listen to suggestions, you don't have to do them! Good luck! Oh and calling on Sundays is not illegal and collectors can call from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you want to not talk to them, pick up the phone, ID yourself, and hang up. That will stop the calls for the day! I suggest you try to work it out first. Oh & the attitude of you will get it when you get it is horrible. They didn't tell you that when you picked up your vehicle from the dealer!

So Kay when it is Centrix's failure to post payments correctly and causing your account to be late prompting the phone calls, who do you blame then? Yes some of us have had problems in the past and some of us are making amends for our past mistakes and doing what is needed to correct our past actions so for you set there and judge others just shows that the company you work for are a bunch of hypocritical jerks who need to be shut down to allow those of us who are doing the right thing and get back on track can do so without the extra harrassment. Because no matter what our past is, they are willing to accept that risk and that still does not excuse poor business practices on their part. As for the collections vs customer service, these people are rude no matter if they call you or you call them for a simple question there is always a rude and uneeded respose. LAST THING "let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Kay, when you are able to throw anything just let me know.

First of all ALL LOANS through Centrix are high risk loans, which means Centrix loaned your sorry self money when no else would!! Your interest rate is probably 17.99% or higher. So basically you are a professional debtor and don't like to pay your bills! If you did they would not be calling. There is a difference between customer service and collections. Your account is late after the due date period. You only have 1 due date, which means late the day after. You don't have a grace period what so ever! You have 10-days before Centrix legally charges you a late fee. So Centrix calls, just give them a post dated check and move on. There is nothing wrong with giving people suggestions on how to get the money they owe. Give me a break you act like they told you to strap a mattress on your back and hit COLFAX! They didn't! Deal with it, take responsibility for not paying your bills on time! Learn to not be a professional debtor and you probably wouldn't get the calls!!! Now as far as Chris Campbell goes, he's an idiot!

RUDEST IN THE WORLD I FILED a complaint with bbb and ftc... the colletion manager chris campbell wow... he called us dead beats ... talked all kinds of mess and then refuse to take my payment . AND I WAS ONLY 1 DAY LATE CALLING TO MAKE A PAYMENT lol ....
