Centrix Centrix Steals Your Money Ripoff Denver Colorado
To make a long story short: I have paid Centrix my truck payment early for 22 months with no problem. I moved and did not get the payment notice and forgot to pay until the 28th of the month. The calls started. I got upset, refinanced with another company, and saved alot of money. The other company paid off the balance (took over the loan) and the calls continued. Centrix attempted to take "another" payment out of my checking account (even though the loan had been sold) even though they no longer owned the loan, they tried to STEAL my money. They almost got away with it until I figured it out. My banker told me that Centrix was a bad company. My new company called and questioned them and they lied, as expected. Centrix is a bunch of theives, liars and has no concept of how to treat "paying" customers. They filed for BK, has been bought by another group that has no idea what they are getting into and has employes that are stupid, uneducated, ignorant and oblivious to clients that "pay" their saliries. I feel sorry for the current folks that work at the most crappy company in the United States. Their antics at trying to get someone to pay after being one day late is so funny, they are the laughing stock of the financial community. 22 Months Paying Before You Are Due! Great! You Are One Day Late! We Will Take Your Truck! Stupid, uneducated, ignorant people!
