We told Juri a couple of things we wanted before our closing; she forgot to tell the owners. To make things worse we have two babies, thank God we were able to stay at our old house, and they could have thrown us out with two babies. Also the agency was not able to help us at all. They told us, they were going to investigate! They never called us!
