On October 24, 2013, I paid $3500.00 to the Century Legal Group to retain them as an attorney to act attorney of record in the modification application process. Since that time, I have had very little contact with this agency, except repeated requests for documents in triplicate. I was initially speaking with the lender because they were contacting me for information that they had not received from this law group, until I was verbally chastised by both a Sheila Hernandez and Lynn Butler for "compromising the case". At this point, May 2014, I am in the exact same position that I was in October and being told that they cannot assist me. I am frustrated and lost about what to do, as well as out of $3500.00 and on the verge of being homeless!

please search on this site using Foreclosure law center, Drew Alia, Alia law group...you will find your info. there. Also google search to view AtoZMarketingsmartfundingreceiver. You will get an idea of how this works behind their doors.
