Todd Griffiths, owner and ceo of Century Tangibles Group, enticed me to sell him my "semi-rare" collection of silver & gold coins worth $450,000 to $500,000, for only $325,000, then would sell me his "rare" silver and gold specialty coins that would then be put on his website for resale at $426,000.

When I learned several weeks later, from other rare coin dealers, that my newly purchased coins were not worth even $350,000, I began a phone and letter writing campaign to CTGroup, that eventually came to a conclusion on 10/19/2011, to close my account. Todd Griffiths made a verbal agreement to pay me back a total amount plus interest of $355,250. I faxed a letter of acceptance the same day. When no money was sent after 30 days, a new struggle began filled with lies, deception, manipulation, stalling and manipulation of all previous facts and agreements, by Todd and various company managers and employees.

After 14 months of fighting, I threatened a massive lawsuit against Todd and all of his associates, but I was talked out of filing the suit once again, with another promise and guarantee from Todd Griffiths, in writing, to pay all my money in full by 5/18/2012. Todd did not pay as promised and did not even attempt to call or contact me in any way. My realistic losses now for over 16 months, adding potential values of all coins and interest due, would be close to $500,000. Without funds to my name, I can't even file a lawsuit.

Please help me to expose these crooks, thieves, liars and manipulators before they get too many others.

CTGroup ( or Century Tangibles Group, or other trade names as may be appropiate ) and Todd Griffiths, ultimately honored their agreement with me and have made arrangements to make me entirely whole, including appropriately accounting for those factors which caused some delay in the return of my funds and property. While those delays were regrettable, and caused me some anxiety, I give the company credit for standing by their word.
