I signed up for CenturyLink High Speed Internet on 3/13/2015 for a $29.95 per month promo price for one year. At the time of sign up I informed CenturyLink I did not need any equipment sice I had my own Modem. To my surprise a Modem showed up via ground transportation and they tried to charge me $100 for it. I called customer service and they sent a call tag to me and I was credited the $100. The next week CenturyLinksent me another Modem; this time I was home and able to refuse delivery. Durning my sign up I was told the activation fee of $20.00 would be waived which also showed up on my bill. After many calls to customer service, being hung up more then once I got someone to credit that charge. On 4/8/21015 I received an Email telling me I needed to sign up for AutoPay if I wanted to continue to get the $29.95 monthly promo price. Once again I called customer service and was told it would be talen care of.

Thinking I finally got everything fixed to the verbal contract I agreed too in the first place the May Centurylink Bill shows up. Now I am being charged $39.95 per month for the internet service. Now I get to go through the customer service dance again. My first call I spend Five minutes explaining my problem and the CRS asks if I want to get Directv through CenturyLink. When I told her she must be kidding I am hung up on. Ok, lets call again.. This time I told a guy named David I need to report a complint and he wants to hear the hole story. After telling the story again he informs me I need to do AotoPay for the internet promo price. I told he to patch me through to the complaint department. This time I get Shawn and after asking for his information he gives me an ID of 59925132. Bottom line Shawn says CenturyLink has done enough for me and if I choose not to do Autopay I now need to pay a higher monthly rate.

I plan on sending this information to the Arizona Attorney General for their review. If you are thinking of joining Centurylink dont walk but, run from any and all offers. After viewing other CenturyLink complaints via a google search, I am lucky compaired to what this company has done to others. Chek it out for yourself.

If YOU wish to get the service at that price then YOU need to get off that ample rump and DO IT YOURSELF!!!!! THEY are NOT going to sign YOU up for auto pay. YOU HAVE TO DO IT!!!! YOU are just a pain in the a*s customer who THINKS they get their way no matter what. IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY!!!!! WHY is it ALWAYS someone elses fault when YOU don't do what is needed?? YOU have to enter in AND agree to the auto pay. NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT FOR YOU!!!!!! So YOU are the problem and YOU are the only one to fix it. NOTHING in YOUR tale of woe has been a rip off. In fact, THEY have done far more then YOU should have gotten. YOU are a self entitled JERK, THAT is why YOU get hung up on. THEY DO NOT have to sit there and listen to YOU abuse them. SHow a little class!!!! YOU get what YOU GIVE in this life. YOU have shown us the level of YOUR communication skills with OBVIOUS misspelling issues. So HOW in ANY stretch of the imagination can YOU sit there and bash THEM when YOU are the problem?? OH!!! THATS RIGHT!!!! YOUR EGO!!!!
