You got what you paid for. If you are going to be cheap, then you are going to get cheap service and cheap quality of work. What reputable company is going to give you a service so cheap. This company is obviously using this advertisment to get their foot in the door. With that amount of money, what type of people are going to be working for them. Go to youtube and look up carpet cleaning scams. People just kill me. People are so use to getting cheap labor. Madame, I'm sorry but I hope you have more common sense next time. Get a reputable company next time. This is a funny complaint because you feel like you are entitled to get more for less.

we saw the add in a deer park add. we called them and set up an app. they were 2 hours late and didnt call until they were 45 mins late. we called them and told them how we were upset and that they were wrong and they hung up on us. this should tell you that the owner needs to get his numbers right there is no way they have a 95 % more like 5%.

So they took of the vent covers and sucked everything out with a vacuum and a brush? That is what air duct cleaning is and should be. We run a 95 percent satisfaction rate on the largest scale of carpet cleaning in the DFW area. Fight for what? All work is guaranteed for up to 90 days for any service, a simple phone call and a senior technician will redo all work for free and without questions. If the senior technicians can not clean your home to a reasonable condition than we will and have issued refunds. We serviced over 40,000 homes last year in Dallas alone and are in good standing with the BBB. We resolve every customer complaint that has been giving to them(the BBB) or us. Give us a phone call and we will satisfy your complaints. We are the biggest and the best full service cleaning company for a reason, period! Our ads are in the same place every week for years on end because we rock, so in closing we ask one question. Why would you use anyone else?
