This company is Ripoff Keep away Do Not Buy anything from them.

Today date 04-15-2012
I tried to purchase a video camera through their web sight instead the order go through.
they sent me email to insure I was the correct person to use my card. I thought that is good.
But instead they tried to sell me extra Accesories with it.
so I did buy 1 extended battery and 1 rapped charger. (stupid of me doing so with this company)
I waited 3 weeks to receive the order. when I try to call them they Don't answer their phone Monday through Wednesday only on Thursday .
When I ask about the rest of the order the say its on back order up to today I have not received my rapid charger for may camera.
They had send wrong battery which is not Compatible with my camera. and they didn't send the rapped charger.
Up to today they have never solved the problem.
I tried to stop part of the payment through my credit card but certified digital invoice it as one charge so if I have to return any thing it will be the whole purchase.
In that case they will charge a 25% restocking charge the amount will be close to $500.00
so do not buy from this company .they will find a way to rip you off.
I will do what ever it take to spread this complaint.
