Certified Van Lines moved my husband and I from New York City to Redwood City, Ca. They stored our belongings for 5 months before delivering them in December. Our coffee table, 2 end tables and the leg to our futon was not on the truck. Upon delivery we were told (by the head mover) that our flat screen television "would be sent by UPS".
I immediately called the CVL and spoke with Ofir. He had no idea what was going on and assured me he would get to the bottom of our missing television. It has been 7 months and countless correspondences and we have not received a reimbursement check or any explanation. We have been strung along with countless promises and now I fear it is too late to file a police report.
