In my case I purchased a camcorder on Friday 9.30.11 for #423.00, they never emailed an invoice. So on Monday I called to see if their was a problem, only to find out they increased the price to $439.00.

I was sort of confused so I just cancelled the order. I searched the internet for a cheaper deal and was not able to find one, so I decided to go ahead and purchase the camcorder for $439.00. 

So when I checked my email for an invoice I got the invoice from the first order with a $99.00 insurance fee included.

So I called back to inquire about the insurance fee that was not included on the final screen when I hit submit.  They said to me did I read the terms and conditions, I said NO, but they cancelled my second order anyway.  I went back to check the terms and conditions, it was stated but very vaguely, no dollars amount mentioned.  Nonetheless, if that first order invoice did not come to my email box when it did I would of been stuck with the second order of $423.00 +$99.00 = $538.00.

There is not full refund after 24 hours and there is a restocking fee after order is shipped.

Bottom line is they don't tell you of all the charges when you place the order. You only find out when you receive the invoice over 24hrs later. To late for a full refund
